For the fake trout, whisk together the milk and flour and gradually add the eggs and salt. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a little fat in a pan and fry pancakes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Brown in butter. Add minced meat, brown, salt and pepper.
Fill the pancakes with this mixture and place them in a baking dish. Whip the cream, fold in the cheese and breadcrumbs and pour over the pancakes.
Bake the fake trout in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
