For the leaf salad with chanterelles, rinse the leaf lettuce, drain well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to a dressing and pour over the lettuce. Finely dice the bacon and onion, fry the bacon in a frying pan until translucent.
Add the onions and let them become translucent as well. Add the chanterelles and roast for 5-8 minutes. Pour hot over the lettuce and sprinkle with herbs.
