For the Malakoff cake, cook the pudding from the milk and the pudding powder. Allow to cool.
Add egg yolks, butter, warm grated nuts, rum and sugar. Mix coffee and rum.
Dip biscuits in the mixture and cover one layer of the large cake pan. Spread the cream on top.
Now alternate biscuits dipped in the mixture and cream on top of each other. Finally, decorate the cake with whipped cream.
