Mediterranean delight: piquant cheese cream with a touch of honey.
1. rinse rosemary, pluck and chop very finely. Stir through with cheese and egg yolk. Season with a little salt. Cut ciabatta into slices and spread with the cheese.
Place the bread on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the heated oven (electric oven: 225 °C /gas: level 4/fan not recommended) on the middle shelf for about 5 minutes. 3. Clean the arugula, rinse and shake dry. If necessary, pluck a little smaller. Arrange the bread, drizzle with honey and grind pepper over it. Sprinkle with arugula and serve warm or possibly cooled.
Stir in a clove of garlic. Instead of ciabatta you can also use baguette. Without egg yolk you can bring the cheese just as a spread in the pot to the table.
