Stir the persipan through with the cinnamon, butter, ground cloves and vanilla flavoring. Slice the oranges with peel and spread the bottom of a roaster with them, then crumble the coconut rusk coarsely over the orange slices.

Cut the peaches in half, remove the stone and fill one half full with the persipan mixture, put the second half on top as a lid and place in the roaster.

For safety, fix the peach halves with a wooden skewer (or a rouland pin). Place the star anise in the roaster, cover the roaster with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
