Cut strawberries in half. Layer in 4 ovenproof dessert bowls. Dissolve fat and stir with the remaining ingredients in a hot water bath to a stiff cream. Spread the cream evenly over the strawberries and bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let the strawberries cool down a little bit, dust them with powdered sugar and serve them lukewarm.
