Preheat the oven to 175 °C, butter and flour the springform pan. (If you have 5 molds, it is of course easier.) Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Slowly add the egg whites and beat until smooth.
Mix the flour well with the baking powder and salt.
Then stir in the flour mixture alternately with the milk until a smooth dough is formed.
Divide the mixture into 5 bowls, and color each with a color, e.g. red, green, yellow, blue, orange.
Pour one mixture at a time into the mold and bake for 15 minutes, let cool briefly and remove from the mold. Repeat this process with all the doughs one by one until you have 5 colorful thin cake plates. Keep buttering and flouring the molds.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the butter until fluffy and then stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and fizz powder.
When assembling the cake, make sure to smooth and straighten the frosting with an angled palette. This way you can use it to even out any slight unevenness in the cake layers.
Starting with a colored cake layer, always spread a 1cm layer of frosting on top and place the next colored cake layer on top. Do the same with the remaining cake layers. The top should be a colored cake layer.
Let the cake rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour and carefully cover with the marzipan layer, pressing it down lightly.
Decorate the cake as you like with candles, star sprays
