For Štrukli put all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix everything well.
Knead the dough from the remaining ingredients and let it rest for 45 minutes. Then roll out, brush with oil and set aside for 5 minutes.
Cover the table with a tablecloth. Pull the dough with hands over the edges of the table, cut away the remaining parts.
Place small bounces of the mixture on the edges, then spread evenly over the whole dough with your fingers. Roll a long roll with the help of a tablecloth.
Mark with hands the size of Štrukli and then cut with a small plate or plate edge.
Place Štrukli in an oiled baking tray, brush with oil and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Štrukli can be served as a side dish or on their own.
