Bake the crêpes.
Finely chop the onion and fry it.
Cut the salmon into cubes.
Chop the eggs and add to the sauce with the parsley, chives, parsley, white wine and sautéed onion. Divide the filling evenly among the crêpes and roll them up. Sprinkle the cheese on top and pour the melted butter on top. Place the crêpes in the oven heated to 150 °C for 5 min.
Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
