Remove the skin from the onion and the garlic clove and dice them. Sauté both in 2 tbsp. butter until soft. Add the minced meat, roast until brown, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Toast the slices of toast and cut the tomatoes into slices. Mix 2 eggs with salt, pepper and milk. Grease a gratin dish, spread with 6 slices of toast, spread half the mass of minced meat evenly on it. Put half of the tomato slice on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the egg milk over it. Put a second layer of toast, minced meat ect. Pour the remaining egg milk over it. Bake everything together in the heated oven at 200 °C until the surface is light brown. (about half an hour)
