If you can’t get down with bloating, try these nutrient-rich soups.
Clean and rinse the leeks and cut them into fine rings. Melt half of the fat and sauté the leeks in it. Add millet to the leek form, sauté briefly. Extinguish with the clear soup and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Rinse and drain the spinach. Steam spinach in remaining fat and chop coarsely. Add sautéed spinach and milk to millet and leek form and continue cooking for 5 min. Season to taste and stir in Parmesan cheese.
