A more wonderful asparagus recipe:
1. rinse the asparagus tips and steam them with 1/2 tsp. salt, sugar and the white wine for 8 min. with the saucepan closed until soft. Then cool.
Clean and rinse the lettuce and strawberries. Cut the berries into halves or quarters. 3.
Stir the cooled asparagus stock with pepper, vinegar, salt, mustard powder and oil. Remove the peel from the ginger, chop very finely and fold into the dressing.
Layer the asparagus spears, lettuce and strawberries in a suitable bowl, drizzle the dressing over them and grind pepper over the top.
