For the America cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks, sugar, oil until foamy, alternately add water and flour with baking powder.
Stir in 2 tablespoons cocoa, fold in the snow. Then spread the dough on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Let the dough cool down.
For the glaze, melt the butter with cooking chocolate, spread the cake with apricot jam and glaze with melted chocolate.
For the decoration, roll out the rolled fondant, color some of it with blue and red food coloring.
For the American flag, make 7 red stripes, 6 white stripes, 22 white small stars and a blue plate and place the flag on the chocolate icing. Refrigerate the America cake again.
