For corn tortilla with leeks and minced meat from the Thermomix, drain the corn in a sieve, rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut the leek lengthwise, wash carefully and cut into fine rings. Add the leeks and 10 g oil to the mixing bowl and steam for 6 minutes / Varoma / counterclockwise / speed 1.

In the meantime, heat 10 g oil (1 tbsp.) in a coated frying pan (26 cm ∅). Fry the mince in it over high heat until crumbly brown.

Add the mince and corn to the leeks and steam everything for a further 4 minutes / Varoma / counterclockwise / speed 1. Add soup and processed cheese and stir in for 20 seconds / reverse / speed 3. Whisk together the eggs and cornflour, add to the meat mixture and mix in for 10 seconds / counterclockwise / speed 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat 10 g oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan. Add the egg-meat mixture directly from the mixing bowl and fry, covered, over a medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. Then carefully slide onto a plate using a spatula. Place a second plate upside down on top, flip both plates together with momentum and turn the tortilla this way.

Add the remaining oil (1 tablespoon) to the pan, slide the tortilla from the second plate back into the pan, cover and cook until done, about 8 minutes. Slide the tortilla onto a cutting board, cut into 10 triangles and serve corn tortilla with leeks and minced meat from the Thermomix.
