Make spaghetti in salted water “al dente”.

Chop the garlic. Heat gently in a frying pan with oil and pieces of chilli pepper. Add the parsley. Season with salt and pepper and dilute with a few tbsp. of spaghetti water. Let stand for 2-3 minutes and then spread evenly over the arranged spaghetti. Serve immediately.
