Mix the fat with the sugar and the egg until smooth. Add the flavoring and salt.
Melt the staghorn salt in the cold (!) milk and add to the flour on the spot.
Spread on greased and floured baking sheets and bake at: 250 o in about 15 min After baking on the spot remove from the baking sheet.
Mix the powdered sugar with water until thick enough to coat the smooth side of the Amis.
