A bean recipe for every taste:
Soak herrings in cold water for a few hours, then clean and cut into small cubes. Marinate with salt, vinegar and sugar.
Make potatoes in their skins, then remove the skins and cut into cubes.
Mix with finely diced cucumbers, beans and chopped capers.
Yogurt and sour cream over the herring-pea amount form. Mix everything well and leave to infuse for at least 120 minutes.
Tip: You can vary the herring feast with diced carrots, beetroot or celery, which you have previously boiled in salt or lemon water until soft.
