To serve:


Stir the apple juice with the sugar in a frying pan, let it boil, stirring gently for 2 min, then add the juice of one lemon.

Peel the apples, clean them, cut them into slices, add to sugar syrup form and cook in it for 5 to 10 min with the lid closed until soft. Cool slightly, then crush the whole amount.

Cool completely, add Calvados.

Fill into a bowl and put into the freezer for 1 hour.

Whisk amount, place in freezer repeatedly. After another hour, whisk repeatedly. Repeat the process two more times to make an even sorbet.

If desired, pour with 1 tablespoon of Calvados when serving.
