At the beginning for the vegetables carrots rinse, remove the peel and cut into slices. Peel onions, cut into cubes. Peel apples as you like, cut them in half and remove the core. Cut apples into wedges, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Sauté onions and carrots in hot fat. Pour clear soup, season and stew for about 15 min until soft. Add apples to the vegetables after 10 min. Season vigorously. Roast sausages in hot oil for about 10 minutes. Arrange the whole thing.
