Mix blackberries with honey in a small saucepan and bring to the boil briefly. Finely grind the chia seeds and oat flakes in the blender.
Mix this “flour” with the water and birch sugar, bring to the boil in a small saucepan and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Arrange the chia oatmeal on a plate and serve with honey blackberries.
Refine the porridge still arbitrarily with cinnamon, vanilla, etc.. Instead of blackberries, you can also use other fruit.
