Poach peaches in white wine, cinnamon and sugar and bind with cooled stirred cornstarch. Soak the cookies in a mixture of milk, sugar and eggs, fry in a flake of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Arrange everything in a deep plate and garnish with whipped cream and the chocolate sprinkles.
