Soak the soybeans for one night. Drain the water and rinse the beans well. Grease a baking tray and lay out the beans in a single layer. Bake at 175 degrees for about 30-45 minutes until golden brown. Turn the beans over to the other side each time. Salt or sprinkle with spices to taste. Seal airtight to keep them crispy.
