For the low carb pizza crust, place dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Mix eggs, low-fat curd, herb cream cheese and olive oil until no lumps are visible.
Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and knead well until a homogeneous firm dough is formed. Spread the dough about 0.5 – 0.7 cm thick on a baking sheet.
Pre-bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C in the preheated oven. Then spread the low-carb pizza base with tomato sauce and top as you like.
