Make 5 cabbage leaves in bubbling hot salted water for 2 to 3 min. and quench under cold water. Blend all ingredients of the farce together with 2 cabbage leaves in a hand blender. Place the chicken breasts on the 3 remaining cabbage leaves, season with salt, season with pepper, spread the farce evenly over them and roll up the cabbage leaves. Wrap each “parcel” in foil. Microwave for 5 to 6 min. Cool 1/2 hour.
Cut into slices and bring to table with a Roquefort salad dressing.
