For the zucchini vegetables, cut zucchini into thin strips. Cut onion into small cubes, heat oil and fry onion in it.
Add zucchini and fry for about 10 minutes. Add a little water if necessary. Season with salt and pepper and serve the zucchini vegetables sprinkled with fresh, chopped parsley.

The zucchini vegetables can be prepared with leek instead of onion.
