Beat butter with sugar until thick and creamy. Fold in eggs. Mix in chocolate and spices. Grease tray and brush dough 20 x 35 cm and 1, 5 cm thick. Use a strip of aluminum foil laid three times to delineate the dough. Bake in oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, remove the dough from the baking sheet and cool on a firm surface for 5 minutes. Next cut into strips of 2, 5 x 5 cm. Mix the powdered sugar with the juice of one lemon until smooth. Brush the surface of the strips with it, garnish with sprinkles and sugar writing. When the glaze has set, pack nut slices in tins to soften. Form a piece of parchment paper between each layer and top with an apple slice.
