Cut bacon into small pieces, let out over low heat. Increase heat, add mushrooms, sauté 4 min. until soft. Rinse beet leaves, chop coarsely, , add to frying pan with adhering water, steam for 5 min. until soft. Season with enough butter, juice of one lemon and s+p.

Ralph. Very tasty, good color. Interesting alternative to spinach.

We had it with boeuf bourgenion.

Our tip: use a bacon with a strong flavor – it will add a special touch to this dish!
