Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Dice pork, carve chicken into chunks.
Sauté in half the oil in a deep frying pan together with chopped onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add ham cut into thin strips and fry briefly.
Mix the saffron with the clear soup and pour it.
Add the bay leaf spice.
Cook for 30 minutes, remove the bay leaf spice after 20 minutes.
Add long grain rice and make another 15 min.
In the meantime, cut peppers and peeled tomatoes into strips and sauté in the remaining oil.
Add peas and beans, pour a little clear soup and cook the vegetables until almost done.
Mix the mussels, shrimps, vegetables and mushroom slices into the long grain rice.
Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
