Remove the tofu strips from the marinade and dry with kitchen roll. Save the marinade. Sift the flour onto a plate and turn the tofu strips in it to the other side.
Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Pour in the tofu strips in batches and roast until yellow-brown. Add the whole tofu to the wok, pour the marinade and heat it all together.
