For the cherry cream, mix the mascarpone with sugar, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest and 4 tablespoons of Amarena cherry juice.
Pour 2 tablespoons of cherry juice into each of 4 dessert glasses, carefully add the mascarpone cream (preferably with a piping bag).
Place 2 tablespoons of cherry juice and 4 cherries on top of the cream again in each glass. Chill and then enjoy.
Preparation Tip:
If you like, you can also use fresh cherries to top the cherry cream.
