For the curd cheese golaches, mix butter, yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, curd cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal squares. Spread the filling on top. Leave a 1-2 cm wide border. Fold the corners to the center and press well.
Brush the curd cheese golaches with the egg white and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until the curd cheese golaches are golden brown.
