For the Nikolo berries, defrost the strawberries or raspberries (if frozen). Then pierce the berries on the flat side with the stem so that the pointed side points upwards.
Now melt the chocolate coating in steam and dip the tip of each berry into the chocolate coating so that the whole thing looks like a Santa hat.
Preparation Tip:
You can also use whipped cream or cream cheese instead of the chocolate coating, only then the Nikolo berries will last shorter.
