Beat egg (1), milk and salt, little pepper and nutmeg well in a dessert bowl. Melt a little butter in the frying pan. Add the egg mixture and push it well back and forth with the frying ladle until the egg mixture is fluffy but still slightly wet and transfer it to a bowl. Finely chop the ham as well as the parsley and add.
Roll out the puff pastry 2-3 mm and cut triangles. Next, perhaps wrap corners a little, roll up and shape into peaks. Place with point down on prepared baking sheet.
Beat egg (2) and brush on tops. Bake for 12-15 min. in the oven at 220 degrees in the middle of the oven.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
