Wash millet 6-7 times hot and boil in water with a pinch of salt. Then let it swell on low heat for about 20 minutes.preheat oven to 220°C.While the millet cools, mix ricotta with yolks and vanilla sugar. Wash the orange, grate a little peel, squeeze out the juice and stir into the ricotta mixture. Add sugar to taste. Clean strawberries, cut into quarters and place in a buttered baking dish. Pour the ricotta mixture over the strawberries and smooth out, bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes and serve garnished with strawberries.
If you want a nice golden brown crust, turn your oven on broil setting for 1-2 minutes.Stay next to it, though, so the gratin doesn't get too dark. (Depending on your oven, browning can sometimes be very quick).
