Instructions:

Mix the minced meat with the salt, eggs, breadcrumbs, pepper, parsley and oregano in a baking bowl.

Drain the mozzarella and cut into cubes. Cut dried tomatoes into cubes. Mix into the minced meat with the whipped cream.

Grease an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Fill in the minced meat and cook in the heated oven at 190 degrees (convection oven 170 degrees) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 40 minutes.

Take out, rest for 5 minutes and bring to the table cut into slices. Serve with roasted potatoes.
