For the potato and vegetable chips, peel the potatoes and cut into fine slices using a food processor.
Leave the potato slices in cold water for 20 minutes so that the starch can escape.
Then pat the slices dry with a cloth and mix with the oil.
Set the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer to 160 °C.
Place the potatoes in the Quick Clean Basket, seal and bake for about 20 minutes until crispy brown.
When you remove the potato and vegetable chips from the Philips Airfryer, season to taste.
