For the minced meat with potato chips, peel the onions, chop them very finely and sauté them in the oil until translucent. Knead the minced meat with the glazed onions, the breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper to a smooth dough.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Put the mixed mince in a rectangular dish and spread the tomato slices on top. Bake the minced meat in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, wash and brush the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into very thin slices and bake them in the hot air fryer at 230 °C for about 25 minutes.
Salt the potato chips and serve with the minced roast.
Serve the minced roast with potato chips with tomato sauce as desired. Season the potato chips with rosemary or caraway.
