For the chickpea salad, first prepare the dressing. For this, mix well the oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
Peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and cut it into slices. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and dice the feta. Mix everything together with the chickpeas in a bowl.
Pour the dressing over the chickpea salad and season with ginger and curry.
