Coarsely grate white cabbage, cut peppers into strips, mix both and dress in a vinaigrette of vinegar, oil, rose paprika, salt, bell pepper.
Prepare a spicy meat dough with minced beef, mixed minced meat, crushed salt, sweet, garlic clove, bell pepper, Tabasco, paprika, marjoram and egg. Form five to six centimeter long rolls of minced meat. Brown on all sides for about 10 minutes under the broiler or in a frying pan.
Arrange meat rolls with paprika rice on a plate. Garnish with tomato slices and onion rings. Serve the white cabbage salad separately.
