For the curry rice with ham bananas, first wash the rice and bring to a boil in the vegetable soup with the curry and cook at a low temperature for about 20-25 minutes.

In the meantime, rinse the raisins in hot water, drain them, pour orange juice over them and let them swell in it.

Now peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and fry them in a pan with a little butter on both sides. Then wrap each half with a slice of ham and pin with wooden skewers. Fry the ham bananas in the frying pan over low heat for another 5 minutes, turning frequently.

When the rice is done, mix the raisins with the orange juice into the curried rice and top with the ham bananas.

Before serving, sprinkle the curried rice with ham bananas with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy.

Preparation Tip:

If you don't like raisins in curried rice, you can of course just leave them out.
