For the feta melon towers, peel honeydew melon, watermelon and sugar melon. Cut into small, evenly sized, bite-sized pieces.
Drain the feta well and cut like the melons.
Wash mint well, shake dry and pluck off small leaves.
Now put the melon pieces, feta cheese pieces and the mint leaves alternately on pretty skewers.
Arrange the feta cheese melon towers decoratively on a plate and serve.
Baguette goes very well with the feta cheese and melon towers.
