Cut a lid from the tomatoes and set aside. Hollow out the tomatoes with a spoon. Season the inside of the tomatoes lightly with salt and place them upside down in a sieve.
Peel avocados and remove pit. Cut into chunks and place in a suitable bowl.
Mash the avocados with a fork and squeeze the lemon over the baking dish.
Clean the peppers, cut them into rings and then into small cubes. Remove the skin from the onion and cut it off if possible. Add the peppers, onions and mayo to the mashed avocados in the baking bowl form and mix.
Fill the tomatoes with the cream and place the lids on top. Lettuce leaves can be used as a base.
