For the eggnog balls, mix the coconut and eggnog together well.

While the mixture rests for 30 minutes, heat butter and chocolate over steam until chocolate is melted. Immediately fold soft chocolate-butter mixture into coconut mixture.

Allow mixture to cool.

Form small balls and roll the eggnog balls in coconut butter.
