For the farmer’s loaves, mix flour with wheat bran, linseed and sesame seeds, make a well in the center and pour in the yeast, lukewarm water and lukewarm milk.
Sprinkle with sugar, cover with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Salt this mixture and knead well until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl, let it rise again in a warm place.
Now cut the dough into equal pieces, “roll” into balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover and let rise again.
Cut crosswise in the middle with scissors and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until they have a nice color.
