A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Fry minced meat in oil on 2 or automatic cooking plate 7-9, briefly sauté diced onions and pressed garlic. Add the paradeis pulp and fry everything together. Next, first add coarsely chopped tomatoes, clear soup and spices, saute until liquid is almost completely evaporated.

Pre-cook lasagna sheets in salted water for perhaps 5 minutes and quench (see instructions on package).

Cook the prepared green beans with 1 cup of salted water, then drain. For the sauce, melt the fat, add the flour, sauté briefly, add the milk while stirring, cook the sauce very slowly for about 5 minutes on 1 or automatic cooking plate 4-5, then season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Spread a layer of lasagne sheets in a greased lasagne or gratin dish (20 x 30 cm), then add several layers of sauce, minced meat, beans and cheese. The top layer should be lasagna sheets, spread with sauce and sprinkled with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 45 min until golden brown.


200-220 °C , lower rack.

170-190 °C , convection oven

Serve with a mixed leaf salad.
