For the lentil stew, clean and dice the greens and onion – roast in oil, pour in soup and cook until soft.

Then puree a little with a hand blender. Add lentils and crème fraiche and season with fresh herbs, if possible.

Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper and thicken with flour to the desired consistency.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the lentil stew with fresh white bread. With a few fried bacon cubes the lentils get a spicier touch.
