For the spinach pasta, cook the ribbon noodles until al dente and strain. Place the noodles in a greased baking dish.
Defrost the spinach. Chop the onion and garlic and let them roast together with the diced bacon.
Mix flour with cream and add to the spinach together with the onions and bacon. Season with salt, nutmeg and sugar and cook for about 5 minutes. Then spread the sauce on the pasta.
Sprinkle the Emmentaler on top and gratinate the spinach noodles in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
Remove the finished spinach noodles from the oven and enjoy.
