A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Beat the fat and sugar until creamy. gradually fold in the eggs. Add flour by tablespoonfuls. Divide dough in half. Stir cocoa and well-drained cranberries into one half. Grease the cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, alternate the light and dark batter.

Bake in heated oven at 175 °C for 1 hour. Rest for 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Preparation about 1 and a quarter hours.

Baked in a 1, 5 liter bowl cake pan, yields about 16 pieces.
