For the Hallow cupcakes, mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa and sugar. Stir in the melted butter, grated chocolate, eggs and buttermilk until well blended.
Pour the batter into 20 muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 – 25 minutes.
For the frosting, cream the butter until soft, mix well with the melted and cooled white chocolate and cream cheese.
Divide the mixture and color one half green and the other half orange with a few drops of food coloring.
Apply the frosting to the cooled Hallow cupcakes with a piping bag and decorate them with sugar pearls, chocolate sprinkles etc.
These Hallow cupcakes taste of course not only for Halloween. Simply adjust the decoration, so they are always welcome candy.
