A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Put celery and green onions in a large enough bowl and place on the table. Place chicken in a separate baking dish also on the table.
Cook spaghetti until done (not too soft). Drain and rinse with a tiny bit of boiling hot water. Fill into four baking bowls.
Bring chicken stock to a simmer, add mushrooms or tree ear mushrooms. Pour into a suitable bowl and place on the table.
Guests fill themselves with a mixture of celery, scallions and chicken on top of the noodles, then pour the hot stock into the baking bowls.
